I am having light headache and nausea including head spins. I tested for cervical and vision and there no issue in those.

Sometimes upper cervical vertebrae dysfunction coz these issues. That doesn't diagnosed with x rays also. Physiotherapy esp.manual therapy can help in that...like Mulligan and Maitland. Regards.
