Headacheweakness because of masturbating
I am been masturbating since i was in 8th standard,....i have mansturbated 3000 and much more times..i am still mesturbating
once in 10 days..i am engineering last year student now..sometimes i feel weakened, brain seems to be sounded by some specxific sound..and head pain ...my face does not look fresh...please help

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
If you feel all this is due to masturbation, then you do realise that you have an option to stop masturbation right?
Then just quit masturbating man. I don't think it's a rocket science.
Tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.
