Hi , I am suffering from anal bleeding for last 3 weeks. I controlled my diet and taking homeoathy medicine but no advantage . What to do

Hello, tab TRENEXA 500 three times a day after food for three to five days bleeding stops.  avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc.salad two times before lunch and dinner. Locally apply anovate oint with finger first on butt hole than gentaly push inside anal cannal n apply all around properly on anal mucosa as early as possible. It should be done for three weeks two times a day.remeber it's a recurrent problem.so to maintain it is cure.ok

Hello there, is the bleeding occur during defecation or it flows continuously..?? There may be various causes including Piles , but we need to rule out, please consult online and give some more information, you will be fine with Medication.

I would advise you to meet the nearest General Surgeon to evaluate the cause of the bleeding on whether it is hemorrhoids/piles or anal fissure or any such problems. I would advise you to follow these practices: - Do not strain during bowel movements - Reduce weight - Eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals. - Wash and keep the area clean You may require corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment. According to the grade of your condition other treatment options will be provided to you. So i strongly recommend that you visit the nearest general surgeon for evaluation
