My 3 years old daughter often vomit late at the night. What could be the reason. She coughs a lot and finally vomit. Pls suggest

You said it yourself,she's vomiting due to the cough.
Give her steam inhalations, specially at bedtime and use decongestant nasal drops,again before she goes to sleep.
Keep bedroom well ventilated and avoid fumes like agarbatti or all out.
If not improving, consult your paediatrician for physical examination and treatment.
