I have some health problems and the reports are: 1. HBA1C, Glycated Himoglobin: 6.1% (4.4-5.7) 2. LDL Cholesterol: 114.6mg/dl (0-110) 3. CHOL/ HDL Ratio: 3.63 (4-6) 4. Tryglycerides/ HDL Ratio: 2.54 (<1.0) 5. Non-HDL Cholesterol: 142mg/dl (<130) 6. SGOT: 38U/L (<34) 7. SGPT: 66U/L (10-49) 8. BUN/ Creatinine Ratio: 26.39mg/dl (10-25) 9. UREA/ Creatinine Ratio: 56.47md/dl (20-50) 10. RBC Count: 5.54million/ul (4.5-5.5) 11. PCV: 51.4% (40-50) 12. MCHC: 29.8g/dl (31-37) 13. R.D.W: 15.6% (11.5-14.5) 14. Absolute Basophil Count: 0.0/ul (20-100) 15. MPV: 15.6fL (6.8-10.9) 16. Vitamin D: 12.16ng/ml (30-100) 17.TSH: 8.77uIU/ml (0.35-5.50) Please suggest me some natural ways to cure these problems.

Blood examination reports shows that you are suffering from : 1) hypothyroidism , 2) mild strain in the liver , 3) increased fats in the body , 4) urea level is increased indicating mild kidney strain also. I can see that you are a case of Hypothyroidism, which explains your deranged lipid levels. Start yourself on thyroxine and i believe these values should improve. Take a 6 monthly mega shot for Vit D deficiency.
