Hearburn, acid reflux, might have GERD
I've been having heartburn for a long time, i think its getting worse. I've been taking antacid (omaze) for a long time. get bitter taste in my mouth and burps very often. I have difficult sleeping sometimes due to the reflux. I experience this upto 5 times a week.

Any usg abdomen or endoscopy done?? Avoid oily spicy food alcohol smoking, take small and frequent meal, keep head end elevated while sleeping
