Hearing loss from past 40+ years
My grandmaa aged 80 is losing her hearing capabilities we tried a few machines from those worked for a few months after that either the machines doesn't work or her hearing capability get reduced more.
What to do?
Should we consult ENT or Audiologist for the same?

First of all, see a good audiologist, do all test done including PTA and speech audiometry. Based on that fit a good digital hearing aid in both ears.
