I have been suffering with hearing loss from 1 and half year Recently Gone to PTA test Results : RE 71.6dbhz , LE 58.3dbhz unable to hear sounds and Lot of noise are there in head

You seem to be suffering from sensory neural hearing loss which needs to be treated by use of hearing aids. If diagnosis is confirmed there is no other option. Nowadays completely in canal hearing aids are available and may be well suited if you don't want them to be visible
