I got married 3.5 years back. I have a Son he is 2.5 year old. My problem is early ejeculation in the bed with my partner or can say sexual stamina gradually getting down after marriage. Kindly suggest me something without side effects. During my graduation I was very used to watch e-pornography. Whether it could be a reason? I request you kindly provide a pragmatic solution which can help me out in longer run.

Yes, don’t worry. premature ejaculation can be stressful for both partners For ur problem I suggest u the following: DIET:Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym. after a medicine package of 2 months u l be much better
