  4. Heart attack feelings. Keep me bothered!

Heart attack feelings
I get the symptoms of disease that I hear from past 3 month I am scared of getting heart attack I get left side pain tingling sensation I keep on checking my Bp and did 3 times ecg in 3 months I don't know whether I have heart problem or it's my anxiety I can't do any work the symptoms keep me bothered

I would suggest you to consult a Psychiatrist. Looks like you are suffering from anxiety.
