My relative got heart attack three weeks before.There is no pain on chest after that till now.Angiography Report shows blockages.Need suggestion if it could be treated by medicine or must to do angioplasty/open heart surgery.Reports are attached.

Can not be treated with only medication, NEEDS BYPASS SURGERY according to blockages
