Heart attack or anxiety ?
It's been 3-4 weeks since I have been having this upper back pain.. between the shoulder blades..and sometimes in arms too..a bit chest pain even...the pain is circulating sometimes to my head ,legs or somewhere else ...2-3 days back I had this panic and scare kind of thing at night with lightheadednwss ,trembling , heart pounding,feeling cold  and weakness .I have pure ocd but not taking medication because of breastfeeding.today m scared and feeling what if these  are  heartattack symptoms .I am. So scared .

As per your symptoms it might be heart related or might be due to panic disorder. Both of which needs complete history about your medical ailments.
