Heart beat not came yet
In my last ultrasount I was 5.2 weeks pregnant lmp, GA was 4.4 weeks with o.55cm, now on 19th June I was 8 weeks 5 days pregnant by lmp but with USG, GA was 6 week 2days with no cardiac activity but yolk sac seen, which is 0.38x0.36cm, chorio decidual reaction is thin Kindly confirm what to do In the ongoing week, I sometimes feel little period like pain and back pain and upper abdomen pain like gas pain

Hi there, Heart beat is better seen after 6 weeks. Your pregnancy can be little late so repeat ultrasound after 2 weeks again.

Hi. Please repeat the scan after 2 weeks . By that time it will be 7 weeks . Then heart beat shd be recorded.
