My wife has last period on date 02/07/2020 and on date 07/08/2020. We were going for pregnancy taste and found positive now today doctor is checking for the heartbeat and she told that growth is good but there is no heart beat, I want to know that is the 4th week after conception is ideal time for heartbeat check or early, please suggest me and also told me is it worry if there is no heartbeat in 4th week

Transvaginal scan heart beat is seen at 6 weeks
And on Trans abdominal scan heart beat is seen at 7 weeks

Ideally heart beat will appear after 5-6 weeks. So u can wait for 10 days and get one scan done for fetal viability again.
