Heart block
It's related to my mother...plz guide me..day before angiography is done n according to that Dr told me she has one block in vein n a heart block..n now there is need to implant permanent pacemaker first n then later on they will do angioplasty for vein blockage...but before angiography they told me angioplasty first n then they will chk whether heart rate is normal or not n if it's not normal then only they will implant permanent pacemaker...temporary pacemaker is placed to her on first day.

A heart artery block might give rise to a slow heart which requires a temporary Pacemaker till the time the block in the artery is opened by angioplasty. Sometimes even after opening of artery the slow heart rate might persist which then requires a permanent Pacemaker.
