Pretest probability of CAD is low in your situation. If you don't have any other risk factors like Diabetes, hypertension, family history of sudden cardiac death at premature age, dyslipidemia, smoking and others you don't need to be do any other tests from cardiological point of view as all Ecg Echo & TMT all are negative.
