I'm a girl of 26 yrs,my weight is 44kg,i have started running 3km per day.i feel restless after 1km and chest feels so heavy after 3kg.should i stop running?

As per your weight, you seem to be weak
Consult nearby physician in person to have complete clinical examination to rule out heart related issues, anemia, multivitamin deficiency etc
