Heart pain
In most of time after lunch or dinner i having pain in heart during breath.that time difficult to breath for me but after few minutes its gone a normal.but its happen in average thrice in monthly

It may be a reflux disease that requires antacids.
However to be on safer side I would suggest to get an ECG and echocardiography done.
