Heart pain polyuria
I had this issue of politics for many years. Almost 10 years. From last 1 year I'm facing symptoms such as heart pain , breathing issues all of sudden. When my polyuria is at worst I feel heaviness in heart on standing walking. I feel dizzy as well. My heart tests were fine. No diabetes. Only partial diabetes insipidus diagnosed.

There isn't sufficient information to give you a specific diagnosis. Diabetes insipidus is the cause for the polyuria and you should meet an endocrinologist and have it treated accordingly. As for the rest of the symptoms you need to be examined so as to determine the cause for the rest of the symptoms and have it treated accordingly.
