Heart palpitation
I have headache from last few days after that I have given thermal energy to head then headache abolished and heart palpitation starts after that I take a medicine petrol 0.5 and got relaxed and now again palpitation starts and feeling sleepless

I think u r addicted to alcohol and having withdrawal.but its better to go for a physical consult.
