Heart problem
CT coronary angiography negative, echo normal, yet I get excruciating pain on left chest just where heart is while walking , climbing stairs, also palpitations always, breathless, light headed. What could be wrong
Lungs test normal.blood tests nor.al haemoglobin normal.
