Echo report is fine. Artery blockages are seen with angiography, patient complaints should be co related, typical angina suggestive of artery blockage, can echo can be normal in chronic stable angina pts.

Echo does not show Blockages of heart. It only tells about the pumping of heart. (Not blockages). It is very common for a person to have blockages , still echo comes out to be normal. Detailed evaluation and other test are needed to find out blocks.
