Heart Problem // Stomach Problem

Symptoms:
* Rapid heart rate
* Shortness of breath
* Chest pains - Left side - Better with sitting forward
* Dizziness
* Severe stomach pains to the point of crying in pain
* Sleep issues
What have I had done?
* 5 stool samples: Negative
* 7 blood tests: Negative
* Booked in for a lung, liver, kidney and stomach biopsy in 2 months.
Doctor does not know what is wrong, and this is now affecting my everyday life as I am averaging 3 hours sleep maximum.
