I am 16 and I have a problem with my heart. Every so often, randomly, I get a stabbing pain in my heart that can last anywhere between 10 seconds to 2 minutes, though this morning it felt much longer.
This has been going on for at least 5 years, but I have never thought too much about it till now, as it has gotten less common perhaps, but the pain is much more severe.
When my heart has this problems, I am unable to move because my chest feels tightened; I cannot breath normally due to the pain

May be not heart related. Generally if it's heart related it would have been progressive and you would have needed treatment. The way you described it looks like muscular pain. However if it's ongoing pain and you have been considering heart pain it would help to have basic ECG and echo. If both are normal taking vitamin d supplement and exercise would help
