I had a2 heart attack 12/17 and 01/18. 3 stents were fitted.
Last week I had a echo done. Please tell me what the following means.
Ischaemic heat disease
Moderately impaired LV function.
Residual disease in PDA

You have heart attack which has affected you heart pumping also, with 3 stents are used to opening artery, still some disease is there in PDA ( artery) depending in your condition at that time that's all I can tell with your description
