I am checking my heart rate in pulse oximeter it is mostly between 49-55
oxygen is 95% and above only
is it okay??

Hello,
If you do not have any symptoms this rate is acceptable. Nothing to worry. If you have any symptoms like breathing difficulty or dizziness then get an ECG and Echo done. Also tell me what medicines you are taking. Some medicines can lower the heart rate
