Heart Rate Question
Hi, I am a 25 year old female. I recently bought a garmin watch which monitors my heart rate when I run. It has been hot and humid while running, but I still feel like my heart rate seems really high. Yesterday, I ran a 4 mile run and my heart rate hit 207 bpm maximum and averaged 194 bpm. This seems way higher than what my max should be (220-25). I am of a healthy weight (130 lbs), have been running a while, do not drink much and have never done drugs. Should I see a doctor?

Resting heart rate is important and if you get some symptoms like fainting etc while running is more important
