Hello respected, I am 37 yrs old unmarried woman. I just want to know which magnesium supplement can I take for healthy heart and overall fitness. I am slim with no history of Diabetes or blood pressure and thyroid. I am quite concerned about my health. I have always been feeding on lots of green veggies and fruits. My weight is 47 kgs. I walk 30 mins everyday. Any input is appreciated. Thnx regards Ishani

Hi, Your weight is ok for height. Continue walking for 30 minutes and eating more fruits and vegetables as before. You can take any magnesium supplements, as you have good lifestyle and diet habits so no need for supplements.
