Heartache And palpitations
Hi Experts, I have a gall bladder removal surgery in July 2019. After surgery I started having heart palpitations, suffocation and heartache issues. I have met multiple cardiologist and multiple complete heart checkups were done like tmt, echo and ECG. I have done angiogram as well. However, all the reports were normal. Only issue I had was cholesterol tg level, it was 300. After few months of surgery, things started getting better and I was having heartache only once in a while that too for very short period of time. However, from last few days I started having it again I am having heartache and palpitations continuously. Please suggest. Thank you.

Hello, If your ECG Echo TMT and even angiogram is normal then this pain is not heart related. Might be anxiety issue. You can try taking Tab. Ciplar LA 40 mg in the morning daily for 10 days and report. Take care

Good morning, if you are 28 years old as mentioned and do not have risk factors with all normal reports of ecg, tmt, echocardiogram and coronary angiogram, your symptoms in all likelihood are not heart related but rather due to fear of heart disease due to reasons best known to you. You should consult a clinical psychologist for help related to relaxation techniques and further evaluation. Only additional test I would recommend is doing a holter monitoring if you have frequent symptoms.
