Heartburn for last 1 year and h pylori +
I have taken hpylori kit and on antacids for last one year.. I am having heart burn problem.its on and off alright for two days then starts again and lasts for week.i am overweight about 90 kgs. No gas or any other problem.please advise .

Yes you are having recurrent gastritis and you have been on ppi and antacids for long.
But repeated heartburn can be tied to obesity also. Kindly take measures to loose weight.
You will find change in heartburn symptoms once you start loosing weight.

change in diet.
avoid spicy and masala foods.
do include regular exercise in your daily routine.
keep a regular check on your BMI and try to bring it down to desired levels.
