Heat punchers in foot
She is suffering from diabetes from many years recently for foot we found heat puncher in deep and paining we gone with hospital medication TT and some antibiotic and daily dressing from a week but no use we are well worried about it at present daily cleaning and using safromycin cream can you please suggest any cream for quick wound heeling

Hello there.
I can understand your concern. Have you got her sugar checked? Is it in the normal range?
Get her FBS, PPBS and HbA1c done.
Her sugar levels may not be in normal range which might be causing the wound to not heal soon.
You can apply a mupirocin ointment over the wound and follow other things like daily dressing and cleaning.
Continue all medications as prescribed by the doctor.
Revert back with the reports.
