Heat rashes
My five years boy has heat rashes on his forehead and neck, he has got dry skin, kindly suggest me any remedy and what is the best soap for him during this summer.

Heat rash is common in summers... Do give lot of fluids to baby. Keep with loose cotton cloths.. of light colour
Can use gulabjal spray to make him feel cool.

Heat rashes will subside without much treatment
Use any moisturising soap like teddybar or daffy for dry skin
