Heavy bleeding and extreme cramp
My wife has been diagnosed with early pregnancy loss and doctor had prescribed her to take mifepriston and misoprostol tablets to terminate the pregnancy.
Yesterday morning she took mifepriston tablets as prescribed by the doctor. Since today early morning, she is having extreme bleeding with blood clots and severe cramps.
She is supposed to take misoprostol tablets tomorrow.
Please let me know if this heavy bleeding along with extreme cramp is normal after taking mifepriston tablets.

It could be because of some internal infection or discharge so plz show to a gynaecologist
