Heavy bleeding

Asked for Female, 36 Years

Hello, I am having irregular periods. March whole month I dint get my periods. April, from 14 I have got my period. Initially it was less. But from last 5 days the flow is not stopping at all. I am taking Tranexa MF from 3days. Now, my doctor has prescribed Regesterone CR 10 mg. I read the review that its a steroid. Should I continue to take the tablet?or should I take Tranexa MF for another 2vdays .
