I often experience heavy breathing in sleep as explained by my relation who sees that. He has checked using pulse oximeter and the findings are as follows: oxygen saturation goes from 99 to 91 at the same time the pulse rate too drops from 88 to 68. At this point of time I am breathing heavily and then both pulse rate and oxygen saturation returns to normal as 88 and 99 respectively. This happens many times during my sleep.
