Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You havent mentioned if you have any breathing discomfort also along with it?
Do you have any sputum produced?
Kindly consult a pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Drink warm water.
Drink turmeric milk in the night before bed.
Honey is also good as a home remedy.
Best regards.

Hello there..... Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice.
Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration.
Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey can soothe a sore throat.
Gargle saltwater. A saltwater gargle of 1 teaspoon...... Consider lozenges. Lozenges can soothe a sore throat......
