Heavy cough
I am getting heavy cough every night am anable to sleep because of this. I have hospitalised last two weeks back at Sree rama hospital for two days but no cure... Please help on this where can I go for treat and which Dr is best for this issue... I need to get good health...

try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You havent mentioned if you have any breathing discomfort also along with it? Do you have any sputum produced? Kindly consult a pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Drink warm water. Drink turmeric milk in the night before bed. Honey is also good as a home remedy. Best regards. Hello there..... Rest. Get plenty of sleep and rest your voice. Drink fluids. Drink plenty of water to keep the throat moist and prevent dehydration. Try comforting foods and beverage. Warm liquids — broth, caffeine-free tea or warm water with honey can soothe a sore throat. Gargle saltwater. A saltwater gargle of 1 teaspoon...... Consider lozenges. Lozenges can soothe a sore throat......
