  4. Heavy fever coming -going. Di i do. ?

Heavy fever coming -going
My child is 4 n half years old and he is suffering from heavy fever constantly coming n going from 3-4 days, I hv also consulted a child specialist, he also gave me some medicines fir 3days then too no positive result.. Can u please suggest me, what di i do...??
