Heavy Flatulence. For the problem.

It's been 2 years I am suffering from Heavy flatulence. It's so difficult for me to work in the office and moving around the people. I can sense that I am smelling bad. For the problem, I have visited PLACE hospital, Hyderabad. I underwent several tests. Endoscopy- (Opinion) - L A Grade A Esophagitis Patulous GE junction prolapsing Gastic Muscopathy Sigmoidoscopy - internal Haemorrhoids US abdomen and pelvis - Mild fatty liver Hydrogen breath test - No evidence of bacteria growth In the process, I have been to change different medicines. None gave good result. Finally, suggested to use Enzarforte and Patocid 20 till the problem is solved. I have used them for 6 months. No result. Recently, found Shreddies underwear. Per them, it is made of Carbon nano particles and absorbs smelly gases. Don't know how it works out. Thinking this may give temporary solution and makes me socially comfortable to move around. Please suggest me the best solution for the problem.
