Heavy hairfall from past six months.

Respected sir/ madam, I had severe hairfall from past six months. I stay in Bangalore near gb palya. I stayed in PG which is adjacent to cell tower and I lost my hair a lot. From my childhood I had less hair and I started using indulekha hair oil from 2017 Feb where my hair was increased and it started growing on back side and near to ears but front it's ok but now I lost almost hair to every side can u suggest how to regain it back to normal, and hair oil to use for head scalp. I usually use soap nuts for head bath even wash my head with cold water but still hair fall is more when I apply oil and after having bath.can u please suggest a hair oil and shampoo but better growth, waiting for suggestions sir/ madam.
