Heavy  head, pulling nerves on scalp
Respected Sir, Iam suffering from heaviness and pressure of head, nerves on my scalp are pulling I feeling lot of sharp pain, I have taken antidepressants and clonazepam medication on advice of neurologist, but there is no improvement in my condition. please help me how to overcome this problem sir.

Change ur habits first. Make a routine and get up on time sleep on time. Do regular walks for 30 mins. More veggies and salads. Hydrate Talk to someone like close friend
