I use vax daily to clean my ear
but all in vain
heavy otitis externa occured all time .
i have not taken any medicine previously

Ear is self cleansing structure so do not require frequent use of ear buds, repeated use give rise to micro abrasion leading to infection

Wax perse has anti septic property because of its acidic nature, & it clears naturally except in some. Most people create problems attempting to " clean" not realising the risk of inviting many other complications.
Desist from using any form of clearing yourself. You don't have to see any ENT specialist unless there's something that deserves attention.
