Heavy periods and weight loss
I have consulted a doctor on this platform they suggested me to take shatavri churna and ashokarisht for heavy periods and weight loss. But due to corona I am not able to get shatavri churna or tablets.neither online nor offline.
Please help me can I take only ashokarisht?

Hello Ma'am don't worry U can take Ashokarist only , MANOLL CHARAK 2 tsf bid or Kesari jivan 1 tsf bid with milk if available
