Heavy Periods - I Am Having Very Heavy Bleeding Since 7 Days.

I am having very heavy bleeding since 7 days. Today i visited my dr. She has given me injection to stop the flow. It reduced after few hours but started again. This time bleeding is more heavy. Kindly help me.
