I feel pain in my both heel bone from last 3-4 years. Whenever I sit for a long time and stand up then the pain starts and not able to walk . I have started walking 5km/ day still pain occurs in my both heel bone .

Its a inflammation in one of the soft tissue layer in foot, its called plantar fascitis.
Next Steps
Use MCR slippers, while walking.
Use soft sole inside shoes.
Do hot water fomentation for foot.
Tab Acelara p 1-0-1 x 5 days
Tab Pan 40mg 1-0-0 x 5 days(before food)
Tab Tendocare 1-0-0 x 30 days.
It’ll take sometime for it to reduce. Do regular walking to keep you body weight in healthy limits.
