Hi my wife and I have pain in our heels especially early morning . This has been going on since 1 month. Not sure if this is coincidence

It seems both of you have planter fascitis and can be cured with ESWT. Please see my website www.eswtindia.com

Symptoms are suggestive of plantar fasciitis. Proper footwear, plantar fascia stretching should help in reducing pain.
