Heel pain in morning
Having heel pain or burning sensation in both legs every morning. Is it any vitamin defeciency or anything else? Its not getting cured by itself.

Hello mam. Yes burning feet can be caused by vitamin deficiency,  however there are other causes that need to be evaluated. Heel pain again has many causes like pressure due to footwear, nerve compression etc. A detailed evaluation along with some investigations is necessary for proper treatment

Get your RBS tested start sleeping on hard bed.if weight is an issue try to decrease it .
