Taken treatment for planter fasciitis, taken ultrasound therapy 5 days. Tablets: T heal Vitamin d3 60000 Pain killer And more Still pain didn't reduced, earlier it use to pain when I use to play now I have stopped playing also after treatment pain is not going Please suggest some cure

Hi.., try doing toe curling exercises as many times, also use flat footwear ( no heels) with silicone insole inside ur footwear. This might take time it surely works..

Why don’t u try wax therapy for the foot sometime it give a soothing effect also avoid long standing as much as possible or an try taping technique for the plantar
