Heel spur problem
Can't walk after sitting for 30 min,had to hopp .severe pain in the right Early in the morning. Can't stand for long time being a teacher facing lot of problem

Ur condition is plantar fasciitis secondary to spur.... Use soft sole cheppals, pain killers , hot water therapy and physio... if not reducing u need a steroid inj shot to heel.. consult orthopaedician
