Kindly Consult Best Endocrinologist and till age of 21 hight can increase, They took your shoulder Xray and calculate your bone age. Endocrinologist can give suggestions.

Height depends on many factors of which genetic is predominant. Also, nutrition plays a big role and so does physical activity. You are now 17 yrs old so the growth period is almost over. You haven't mentioned your current height. There are ways and means to achieve some increment in height but only if it's absolutely necessary. Do mention your current height so that we know if something needs to be done.
Next Steps
Have a good diet. Exercise well, esp. stretching and play sports which encourage that.
