Height Is not Increasing
I'm 16 years old and 5'4 tall. My father is 5'8 and mother is 5'1. I want to grow upto 5'9-5'10 or atleast 5'8. How can I grow ASAP. Please help me it's an important issue for my whole life. Suggest me some effective advices.
